Landscapers can cover a range of activities from fully designing a garden from scratch to helping fine tune ideas customer may already have. Depending on the level of change to a garden, which a design may bring will determine the activities of a landscape gardener to bring that deign to fruition. Landscaping is diverted into soft-scaping and hard-scaping so depending on what ideas you have will determine what tasks we would have to do to fulfill that.

Softscaping Involves planting plants, flowers, trees, and mowing turf. Making a garden more visually interesting and appealing. In the autumn and winter we often manage gardens to tend and keep them tidy, ready for spring and summer. Activities such as feeding, clearing and pruning at the right time, in the right way, can make a massive difference to the growth and flowering of plants and turf for the following spring, summer and right through to autumn.

Hardscaping focuses on non-living structural elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and fencing. Examples can be fitting of a fence, a new patio, a section of decking, artificial grass, pergolas, creating a rockery section, water feature or raised beds where ground levels are changed to provide different depths and heights to a garden.
